What is WayChat?

WayChat is WayMaker's private messaging cockpit for travel managers. It brings every guest WhatsApp conversation, trip itinerary, FAQ, and to-do into one place, with AI-assisted draft replies and to-do suggestions that you review before use.

How do I get access?

WayChat is invite-only. Access is granted by a WayMaker administrator. If you should have access but can't sign in, write to jett@waymakeragent.com.

I didn't get my sign-in / invite email.

Check your spam folder and confirm the email address is the one WayMaker invited. On the login screen you can request a new sign-in link. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.

Are the AI replies sent automatically?

No. AI suggestions are drafts only. A manager reviews and edits each one and decides what is actually sent to the guest. You are always in control of outgoing messages.

How do I turn off notifications?

Manage push notifications in your device's Settings → Notifications → WayChat. You can also review notification preferences inside the app's settings.

How do I delete my account and data?

Request account deletion from the app's settings or by writing to jett@waymakeragent.com. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what may be retained for operational or legal reasons.

How do I contact support?
